How to Reserve a Trip or Tour

Availability: Call or email to see if we have availability for the date of your trip. We are going to ask for some details such as: times, locations, billing, contact person, what kind of event you are having(so be sure to have those things ready.)

Quote: We will then send you a quote for you to look over to make sure times, locations and price look good.

Return Quote: To properly reserve your date, you would need to return a signed copy of your quote and we will put you on the calendar.

As the trip gets closer we will ask for an itinerary with more details on your trip. Please remember that we work on a first come first serve basis, and we might not have availability for your trip if you hold onto your quote for too long.

School Trips

When transporting students on school sanctioned events your charter bus provider must have proper certification also known as SPAB (School Pupil Activity Bus) which is regulated by the California Highway Patrol (CHP). The annual SPAB certification inspections are to insure safe charter bus service practices, and rest assured that Awesome Charters and Tours is certified.
